01. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the Services offered by VOICE MASTER PRO S.A.S. DI MONSALVE LEYTON RUBEN GIANCARLO (doing business as The Old School Of Singing). By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that all information you provide is accurate, current, and complete.

02. Description of Services

The Old School Of Singing is the brand name under which VOICE MASTER PRO S.A.S. DI MONSALVE LEYTON RUBEN GIANCARLO operates its vocal training and coaching program. Throughout these Terms, references to "The Old School Of Singing" refer to the program, products, and Services delivered by VOICE MASTER PRO S.A.S. DI MONSALVE LEYTON RUBEN GIANCARLO. Our Services include, but are not limited to:

• A 3-month intensive vocal training program
• Two (2) one-on-one training sessions per week with The Old School Of Singing certified coaches, each personally trained by Maestro Monsalve
• Bi-weekly group training sessions led personally by Maestro Monsalve, delivered in a masterclass-style format in which he works individually with each student
• Lifetime access to recordings of your sessions
• Priority selection for in-person masterclasses
• Priority selection for one-on-one sessions with Maestro Monsalve
• Lifetime access to the Inner Circle community
• A digital diploma of participation upon completion of the program

The Services are educational in nature. VOICE MASTER PRO S.A.S. DI MONSALVE LEYTON RUBEN GIANCARLO does not guarantee any specific artistic, professional, or career outcome (including auditions, engagements, or performance opportunities) and does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or investment advice.

03. Accounts and Registration

To access certain Services, you must create an account with VOICE MASTER PRO S.A.S. DI MONSALVE LEYTON RUBEN GIANCARLO (doing business as The Old School Of Singing). You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
• Promptly notify us of any unauthorized use of your account
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe have been compromised.

04. Purchases, Pricing, and Payment

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (or the currency displayed at checkout) and are subject to change without notice. By completing a purchase, you authorize VOICE MASTER PRO S.A.S. DI MONSALVE LEYTON RUBEN GIANCARLO (doing business as The Old School Of Singing) to charge the payment method you provide for the total amount of the order, including any applicable taxes, fees, and recurring charges disclosed at checkout. Payments are processed through Fanbasis (and Klarna where applicable). Charges may appear on your billing statement under either "VOICE MASTER PRO" or "The Old School Of Singing."

Annual Renewals.

Certain tiers of The Old School Of Singing — including ongoing Inner Circle community membership — renew on an annual basis at the rates disclosed at the time of purchase. By enrolling in a tier with an annual renewal, you authorize VOICE MASTER PRO S.A.S. DI MONSALVE LEYTON RUBEN GIANCARLO to automatically charge your payment method each year on the renewal date unless you cancel before that date in accordance with these Terms.

Payment Plans.

If you enroll under a multi-payment plan, you authorize VOICE MASTER PRO S.A.S. DI MONSALVE LEYTON RUBEN GIANCARLO to charge each scheduled installment on its due date. Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of access and collection of the remaining balance.

05. Refund and Cancellation Policy

All purchases are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as explicitly stated in your written enrollment agreement. A limited refund may be available only under a written failure-to-deliver claim submitted within seven (7) days of purchase, granted at VOICE MASTER PRO's sole discretion. Continued program access is also subject to your good-faith participation, which requires you to attend your scheduled one-on-one and group training sessions, engage constructively with your assigned coach and with Maestro Monsalve, notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule a session, and initiate no chargebacks.

06. Intellectual Property

All content made available through the Services — including but not limited to video lessons, written materials, the The Old School Of Singing vocal training method and curriculum, PDFs, session recordings, templates, directories, software (including any member portal), graphics, audio recordings, and community posts — is the exclusive property of VOICE MASTER PRO S.A.S. DI MONSALVE LEYTON RUBEN GIANCARLO (doing business as The Old School Of Singing) or its licensors and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. The "The Old School Of Singing" name, logo, and associated marks are trademarks of VOICE MASTER PRO S.A.S. DI MONSALVE LEYTON RUBEN GIANCARLO.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal use. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or publicly display any portion of the Services
• Share your login credentials or account access with any third party
• Resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit any part of the Services
• Record, screenshot for redistribution, or transcribe coaching sessions or masterclasses without written permission
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract the source code of any proprietary software

Violation of this section may result in immediate termination of access without refund and may expose you to civil and criminal liability.

07. Community Guidelines

The community platforms operated by VOICE MASTER PRO S.A.S. DI MONSALVE LEYTON RUBEN GIANCARLO (doing business as The Old School Of Singing), including the Inner Circle community, are provided to foster learning, collaboration, and support among members. You agree not to:

• Post content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, discriminatory, or harmful to others
• Share confidential member information outside the community
• Solicit members for unrelated business opportunities, MLM schemes, or competing programs
• Promote unauthorized, grey-market, or counterfeit products or services
• Post spam, promotional content, or affiliate links without permission

We reserve the right to remove any content and to suspend or terminate the access of any member who violates these guidelines, at our sole discretion and without refund.

08. Electronic Communications and SMS/Text Message Program

By creating an account, purchasing a product, registering for a masterclass, or otherwise providing your contact information to us, you consent to receive electronic communications from VOICE MASTER PRO S.A.S. DI MONSALVE LEYTON RUBEN GIANCARLO (doing business as The Old School Of Singing), including emails, in-app notifications, and — if you have opted in — text (SMS/MMS) messages.

SMS/Text Messaging Terms

Program Description.

VOICE MASTER PRO S.A.S. DI MONSALVE LEYTON RUBEN GIANCARLO, doing business as The Old School Of Singing, operates a text messaging program designed to ensure optimal customer support and respond to service-related inquiries. The program includes both transactional and promotional messages:

• Transactional messages: session reminders, follow-ups from your coach, schedule updates, and confirmations.
• Promotional messages: special offers, program announcements, masterclass invitations, and marketing promotions.

All outgoing text messages identify the sender as "VOICE MASTER PRO" or "The Old School Of Singing."

Opt-In / Consent.

By providing your mobile phone number through the chat widget on theoldschoolofsinging.com, where the SMS consent disclosure appears, and affirmatively agreeing to receive text messages, you consent to receive transactional and, if you separately agree, promotional SMS messages from VOICE MASTER PRO S.A.S. DI MONSALVE LEYTON RUBEN GIANCARLO (doing business as The Old School Of Singing). SMS consent is optional, is not a condition of purchasing any product or service, and the phone number field is not required to use the site. The consent disclosure shown in the chat widget includes the program description, message frequency, "Message and data rates may apply," STOP and HELP instructions, and links to this Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

Age Restriction.

By using this service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age. If you are under 18 years old, you may not use or access our services or opt into our messaging program.

Opt-Out Instructions.

The Old School Of Singing features testimonials, case studies, and examples of student progress from real members. These results are not typical and should not be interpreted as a guarantee, promise, or representation of any specific artistic or professional outcome. Each student's results depend on a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, natural ability, prior training, consistency, practice habits, time invested, and the subjective standards of auditions, competitions, and engagements.

Pursuing a career or advanced skill in singing involves risk, including the risk that a student's goals — such as securing auditions, engagements, or professional recognition — are never realized. You should perform your own due diligence before making any related decision. VOICE MASTER PRO S.A.S. DI MONSALVE LEYTON RUBEN GIANCARLO (doing business as The Old School Of Singing) makes no guarantees regarding artistic development, auditions, engagements, or career success.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

The Services may contain links to, or integrate with, third-party websites, platforms, and services (such as Discord, Skool, Zoom, Google Meet, WhatsApp, YouTube, and Fanbasis). VOICE MASTER PRO S.A.S. DI MONSALVE LEYTON RUBEN GIANCARLO (doing business as The Old School Of Singing) does not control these third parties and is not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party services is subject to those parties' own terms and privacy policies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VOICE MASTER PRO S.A.S. DI MONSALVE LEYTON RUBEN GIANCARLO (DOING BUSINESS AS THE OLD SCHOOL OF SINGING) DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL VOICE MASTER PRO S.A.S. DI MONSALVE LEYTON RUBEN GIANCARLO (DOING BUSINESS AS THE OLD SCHOOL OF SINGING), ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, COACHES, CONTRACTORS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION LOST PROFITS, LOST REVENUE, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, WHETHER BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF VOICE MASTER PRO S.A.S. DI MONSALVE LEYTON RUBEN GIANCARLO (DOING BUSINESS AS THE OLD SCHOOL OF SINGING) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS ($100).

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless VOICE MASTER PRO S.A.S. DI MONSALVE LEYTON RUBEN GIANCARLO (doing business as The Old School Of Singing) and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, coaches, and contractors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or third-party right; or (d) any content you submit or post through the Services.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Lucca, Italy, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of that court. Nothing in this section limits any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence, where applicable.

15. Modifications to the Terms

VOICE MASTER PRO S.A.S. DI MONSALVE LEYTON RUBEN GIANCARLO (doing business as The Old School Of Singing) may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date above. 16. Termination

Sections intended to survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law — will survive.
